How to cancel your account

Voice123 understands that things do not always work out as expected. In cases where you would like to cancel your account, you would simply do the following:

1. Contact Voice123 customer service.

2. Request removal from the Voice123 database.

Our customer service team will fulfill your request, usually within 24 hours. If for some reason you wish to have your account removed immediately, if you deleted info in your profile, it shall become inactive and no longer visible to the public.

If you are requesting a refund from a 30-day money back guarantee, we can still remove your profile, but the refund will take 5-7 days to process.
