Once you sign up for an account on Voice123, we will start sending you examples of the types of jobs you would have the opportunity to audition for if you upgraded to a Premium membership. However, if you have a Standard membership you will not be able to respond to these invitations. We send them to give you an idea of the types of projects that are posted on Voice123 so that you can make an informed decision about upgrading your subscription.
For Premium members, by default, we send you an email every time SmartCast® or a Buyer invites you to audition for a project. This is likely to happen several times a day. These invitations will also appear in your invitation inbox, so you can just access them from your account and opt out of the email notifications.
If you want to change your email preferences, just follow these steps:
- Login to your Voice123 Account
- Then click on "More Tools"
- Click on "Email Preferences"
- Uncheck the boxes next to the selections that you DO NOT want to receive
- Save the changes
If you want to delete your profile from Voice123 completely, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
