If you would like to reply to a message from a Voice123 Client, use the red button at the bottom of the message that says "Reply to this message".
Please do not use the "reply" button in your email inbox interface as that will send the reply to the Voice123 Customer Success team.
The system will then redirect you to the Voice123 platform where you can type your message.
To attach a file, click on the "attach a file" option below and add your file.
Please keep in mind that your file cannot exceed 2MB.
It is considered acceptable etiquette to contact Clients only if they approach you first. If your voice is the one they want to work with, they will contact you.
