Voice123 understands that sometimes people may sign up for our service before they're ready.
If you're a first-time Premium user, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of upgrading your account.
Platinum users do not apply for refunds. If you wish to downgrade we can credit your account with the remaining balance of your Platinum membership payment.
Pro-rated refunds are only approved within the first 90-days after the payment for a Premium membership was submitted. If you downgrade your Premium membership after the first 90 days, the funds left on your account will remain as credit towards future purchases.
Refunds are not automatic, they take 5-7 business days after being requested. You can request your refund at any time by contacting the Customer Success team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
