Voice123 understands that sometimes people may sign up for our service before they're ready. For this reason, Voice123 offers two types of refunds:
- If you're a first time user, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of upgrading your account.
- If you've been a Premium member before and you request a refund, the amount will be pro-rated for the time used. However, if you're requesting a refund for second or third time, Voice123 reserves the right to refund the money.
Refunds are not automatic. You can request your refund at any time by contacting Customer Service.
Some extra information to have in mind:
- Refunds issued will go to the original method of payment (Credit Card or Paypal).
- It may take up to 5 days for Voice123 to process your refund.
- All requests will be effective as of the date that we receive your support ticket.
- Voice123 does not accept responsibility for the time of processing by financial institutions after refunds are processed on our end.
