If you're trying to change the email address associated with an existing account, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Voice123 account with the old email.
- Select the menu icon in the top left corner (three horizontal lines)
- Click on Your account (email, password)
- Click on the Edit button at the bottom right side of the page
- Change the email address
- Click on Save.
You can now use your new email address to log in and to receive notifications.
Please note that you will only be able to add a new email address that is not currently linked to another Voice123 account, otherwise the system won't allow you to perform the change.
