To avoid voice actors rushing and compromising the quality of their audition, we allow all of the voice actors that are matched to submit a proposal as long as the deadline hasn't been reached or the project closed.
Our Customer Success department also ensures that when the projects reach a certain amount of proposals passed the number requested, the project is paused so the client can determine if they will want more auditions or if the number at the moment is enough.
If you've received enough proposals, you can always close the project manually to prevent further proposals being submitted.
