How do I close and fulfill a project?

If you have received a sufficient number of proposals you can close a project by clicking the 3 dots in the top right and then Stop receiving proposals that will prevent you from receiving any more proposals.

You no longer need to select a winner, you just simply need to press Contact and contact the voice actor that you've selected.
