To avoid voice actors rushing and compromising the quality of their audition, we allow all of the matched voice actors to submit a proposal as long as the deadline has yet to be reached or the project is closed.
Our Customer Success department also ensures that when the projects reach a certain amount of proposals past the number requested, we pause the project so the client can determine if they will want more auditions or if the number is enough.
If you've received enough proposals, you can manually close the project to prevent further submissions.
