Platinum Members:
Platinum users don't apply for refunds. If you wish to downgrade, we can credit your account with the remaining balance of your Platinum membership payment.
Voice123 Paid members:
If you're a first-time paid user, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of upgrading your account.
If you downgrade your membership after the first 30 days, the funds left on your account will remain as a credit towards future membership purchases.
Memberships purchased with a discount or credit are non-refundable.
**Refunds are not automatic. They take 5-7 business days to process after being requested. You can contact the Voice123 Customer Success team at help@voice123.com to request your refund.** Please provide the reason for your request to help us process your refund request quickly.
