Voice123 understands that sometimes people may sign up for our service before they're ready.
Platinum users don't apply for refunds. If you wish to downgrade we can credit your account with the remaining balance of your Platinum membership payment.
Premium Members and Bronze members:
If you're a first-time Premium or Bronze user, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of upgrading your account.
We do not offer refunds after the 90 day trial period. If you downgrade your Premium or Bronze membership after the first 90 days, the funds left on your account will remain as credit towards future purchases.
Only yearly and quarterly subscriptions are eligible for refunds. Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded.
