Elite users don't apply for refunds. If you wish to downgrade, we can credit your account with the remaining balance of your Elite membership payment.
Voice123 Paid members:
If you're a first-time paid user, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of upgrading your account.
Memberships purchased with a discount or credit are non-refundable.
