Platinum users don't apply for refunds. If you wish to downgrade we can credit your account with the remaining balance of your Platinum membership payment.
If you're a first-time Premium user, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of upgrading your account.
Pro-rated refunds are only approved within the first 90-days after the payment for a Premium membership was submitted. If you downgrade your Premium membership after the first 90 days, the funds left on your account will remain as credit towards future purchases.
If you acquired your Premium membership using a promo special discount, you can cancel within 30 days of upgrading your account. Any refunds after this period will not be applied.
