When you submit a proposal for a project, clients are able to 'like' it, as well as to create a Booking with you from it. Your ranking score is a percentage of 1) liked proposals out of the total number of proposals submitted in the past 12 months, 2) Bookings that clients created from your proposals in the past 12 months, 3) invoices connected to a proposal and paid by the client in the past 12 months.
Your ranking score gets updated on a weekly basis, and it’s taken into account when Voice123 ranks you for incoming projects.
Only the following ranking scores will be seen publicly on a voice actor's Voice123 profile:
Top 10%
Top 20%
Top 30%
Here are some best practices to make sure your ranking score stays as high as possible:
- Show your strengths and only submit proposals to projects for which you are a perfect fit as well as the type of projects you'd like to be invited to again in the future. This can greatly increase the chance of clients liking your proposals.
- Ask clients to create a free Booking with you when you work together.
- Create an invoice if the client hires you, connect it to your proposal. If paid, it will count towards your ranking score. Learn more about invoices here.
