Voice123 has just launched a new way to streamline your payments to voice actors.
Instead of completing a payment every single time you hire someone, why not secure your funds on Voice123, and then assign them from your available balance to any future Secure Payment, in one click?
No more scrambling to find your card info, no more back and forth with your Finance team. By depositing funds into your available balance, you can streamline your transactions, reduce processing times, and enjoy a more efficient booking process.
What's more — if your paid Booking gets declined or canceled, your funds will go automatically to your available balance, and you will be able to use them to make a new payment, with complete autonomy, without the annoyance of asking for a transfer between projects or a refund.
Here’s how it works:
Click on the menu at the top left side of the page to see your available funds, add money to your balance, and see your transactions.
A quick note on the available payment methods:
- Paying by card allows you to see your available balance instantly updated. It's easy, secure and instant.
- If you want to send us the payment via bank transfer, follow the instructions on the “Bank transfer” tab. It will take us a few days to receive the payment and update your balance.
- If you would like to use any other payment method, please contact us at help@voice123.com and our team will be glad to assist you.
Once your available balance is updated, you are all set to spend it on any future Secure Payment.
How do I use my available balance to pay a voice actor?
Book a voice actor on Voice123. When the time comes to complete the payment, you will see a breakdown of the project cost, followed by a toggle asking you if you want to use your available balance to pay.
What about my transactions?
If you go on the menu and click on Transactions, you will be able to see a list of all your transactions on Voice123: the projects you paid and any funds you deposited on your available balance. If you received a refund, or if funds went back to your available balance from a declined or canceled project, you will also see that in your Transactions list.
On the transactions list, you will also be able to download your invoices for each Secure Payment.
FAQs:
What happens if I don’t have enough money in my available balance to cover a payment to a voice actor?
- You can either add more funds to your available balance, or use the balance you have available to cover the payment partially. An invoice with the remaining balance will be generated, and you will be able to complete the payment from there. Until you complete the full payment, we won’t release any funds to the voice actor.
Can I withdraw money from my available balance?
- If you need to withdraw money from your available balance, please reach out to help@voice123.com with the subject “Withdrawing from available balance” and our team will be happy to help. A short explanation of the reasons why you are deciding to withdraw will streamline the process.
