Voice123 uses two algorithms: one to match your profile with project invites and another for clients to search and find your profile directly.

Matching Algorithm:

This algorithm matches voice actors' profiles with projects posted by clients. Voice123 sends out invitations to projects in two stages:

First stage - your profile preferences and the project requirements ( such as language, gender, and recording capabilities).

Second stage - your membership level and your ranking score.

If you fulfill the first stage, the invitation timeframe is based on the second.

Search Algorithm:

Voice123’s search section allows clients to search and contact voice actors directly. It's a bit like using Google. The client types in what they need (voice styles, specific accents, specific quotes, or any keywords), and the system provides results according to:

• Your membership level
• Client requirements vs keywords on voice samples, quotes, location, gender, or recording capabilities.

Misconceptions about our algorithms:

Playlist - adding samples or changing keywords won’t impact your ranking score, but both will improve your visibility and accessibility as a talented voice actor on the platform.

Profile: Completing your profile will improve your chances of being found by clients on the Voice123 search and in Google. It will not affect your ranking score. Only the "Likes" you receive from clients affect your ranking score.
