On submitting a project proposal, clients can ’like it' (thumbs up). They can also proceed to create a booking to hire you based on your proposal. These actions directly impact your ranking score, which is calculated as a combination percentage of:

1. Liked proposals out of the total number submitted and reviewed by clients over the past 12 months.

2. Bookings resulting from proposals you've submitted to clients' castings over the past 12 months (excluding direct bookings).

Your ranking score is updated on a weekly basis, and taken into account when Voice123 sends out project invites. All our members are invited to submit project proposals in two stages:

-First stage - the actor’s profile preferences and the project requirements match.

-Second stage - the actor’s membership level and ranking score.

Here are some essential tips to help you either maintain a high-ranking score or improve your current one:

1. Only apply to projects that match your voice, skills, experience, and other criteria you might have listed, such as delivery options. This increases your chances of getting bookings and building repeat business. 

2. Ask clients to like ( give a thumbs up) in the Additional proposal details section when sending your proposal, and keep track of these likes on your profile dashboard so you can develop an understanding of client preferences. 

3. Make it easy for clients to book you by sharing your free Booking link or asking clients to book you directly from your proposal.
