We’re aware that there might be some special cases and unforeseen scenarios. Things happen, so we’re here to help and to mediate any situation between clients and voice actors. Here’s how to request a refund for different pricing schemes:
- Pay-per-project: 100% success guarantee. Meaning that if you don’t like the voiceover, we’ll have a backup plan for you. If the backup option is also not suitable, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 5 business days of receiving the voiceover. Any remaining money in your account will be refunded to you as a credit towards future project purchases.
- Subscriptions: If you’re a first-time paid user, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing your plan. If you cancel after the first 30 days, the funds left in your account will remain as a credit towards future project purchases. However, subscriptions purchased with a discount or credit are non-refundable.
- Net terms:You will have the option to use a backup voice actor at no extra cost if you are not satisfied with the original voice actor. If the backup option is also not suitable, you can request a full refund if you cancel within 5 business days of receiving the voiceover. Any remaining money in your account will be refunded to you as a credit towards future project purchases.
